Autron automatically syncs your Amazon product catalog, so you'll see all ASINs eligible for advertising in your dashboard. Here's how to manage what Autron optimizes and what it leaves alone.

Product Visibility in Autron

You'll see both active and inactive products within the Products tab. While you can't manually remove items from the dashboard, you remain in full control of which products Autron actively optimizes.

If you see older or non-selling products showing up, don't worry β€” they're still in your Amazon Advertising account, which is why they appear. You can easily disable automation for those products at any time.

Managing Goals and Automation by Product

To manage individual product performance, head to the By Product Goals tab. From here, you can:

  • Enable or disable automation for each ASIN

  • Set or update your ACoS or profitability goals

  • Use Bulk Actions if multiple products share the same goal

  • Suggest keywords, competitor ASINs, or category targets via the Ad Targeting section to help Autron learn faster β€” see Suggesting Product Advertising Targets to Autron

Want to temporarily pause all optimization or switch to a manual setup for certain SKUs? See How to Pause or Edit Autron's Automation.

Budget Cap Control

While Autron doesn't let you directly adjust campaign-level budgets (so it can experiment with keywords and scale what works), you can set a Daily Budget Cap through your Amazon Advertising Console to limit total spend.

Here's what to consider:

  • The Daily Budget Cap applies account-wide and helps ensure spending doesn't exceed your comfort zone.

  • Keep in mind: Setting a hard limit may restrict Autron's ability to test and scale high-performing keywords effectively.

Keeping the Product List Clean

Even though product removal isn't manual, you can manage visibility by simply toggling automation off for irrelevant ASINs. If the product list feels overwhelming, our team can assist with identifying and cleaning up inactive SKUs.

Missing a Product?

If a product isn't showing up:

  • Make sure it's active in your Amazon Advertising account

  • Confirm Autron still has authorization as your Selling Partner

  • Allow some time for syncing (it typically refreshes within a few hours) and Autron will detect new products added.
