Autron Agent is billed in credits. Every chat turn — whether you're asking a question, generating a report, or making a campaign change — consumes a small number of credits based on the model selected and how much data the turn pulls in. You pick a monthly pack that matches your usage, and the agent app shows your live balance as you work.
The packs at a glance
Pack | Credits / month | Price (USD) | Best for |
Free | 5 / day, max 30 held | $0 | Trying the agent before committing |
Agent 200 | 200 | $50 | A few focused sessions per week |
Agent 1,000 | 1,000 | $220 | Daily use, several products |
Agent 2,500 | 2,500 | $500 | Deep analysis, regular automation |
Agent 5,000 | 5,000 | $900 | Agency / multi-seller workloads |
Agent 10,000 | 10,000 | $1,700 | Heavy automation, large catalogs |
All paid packs include access to every model in the model picker (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok), every agent feature, and unlimited seats per company.
What's a credit?
A credit is Autron's unit of usage. Each chat turn consumes credits based on the model selected and how much data your question pulls in. Quick read-only questions are inexpensive; deeper multi-step analyses or large batch campaign actions cost more.
Your remaining balance and the per-turn cost are visible on the chat composer, so you always know where you stand before sending the next message.
The free tier
Every Autron account starts on the free tier — 5 credits added each day, capped at 30 held at once. Credits drip in automatically at midnight UTC. It's enough to evaluate the agent, run a handful of analyses, and try the model picker without entering a payment method.
When you hit zero, the agent surfaces an in-context prompt to upgrade. Either way, your balance refills the next day.
Upgrading mid-period
If you run out of credits before the next reset, you can jump to a larger pack any time from Settings → Billing → Upgrade pack. Two things worth knowing:
The new allowance is available immediately. Going from Agent 200 to Agent 1,000 mid-month gives you the full 1,000 credits to use straight away — no waiting for the next billing date.
You only pay the prorated difference. Stripe calculates the unused portion of your existing pack and charges only the difference. No double-billing for the remainder of the period.
Downgrades work the same way — Stripe credits the prorated unused portion against your next invoice.
Canceling your subscription
From Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription:
You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. Credits stay available, the agent works normally, no further charges are made.
At period end, the account automatically drops back to the free tier (5/day drip).
Changed your mind? Click Resubscribe anytime before period end to undo the cancellation in a single click.
Pro + Agent customers: if you have classic Autron Pro on the same Stripe account, canceling just the agent line removes it immediately (with a prorated credit on your next invoice). Your Pro subscription continues unaffected.
If a payment fails
If your card is declined at renewal, Stripe automatically retries the payment over the following week ("Smart Retries"). A banner appears in the agent app prompting you to update your payment method so we can recover the charge. Your credits stay intact during this grace window, so the agent keeps working.
If retries are exhausted, your account drops to the free tier and existing credits remain available until used (no automatic refill). You can resubscribe from Settings → Billing at any time.
Where to manage your subscription
All billing actions live at agent.autron.ai/settings/billing:
Credits card — current balance, period allowance, and the date credits reset or refill.
Subscription card — current plan, next invoice (or cancellation date if you've cancelled), and buttons for upgrading, canceling, or resubscribing.
Open billing portal — drops you into Stripe's hosted portal to update your payment method, view invoice history, or download receipts.
