Reviewing the AI Agent's Action Log

Every Amazon Ads write the AI Agent makes on your account is recorded in the Action log. Filter by date, seller, marketplace, tool, or status — and open any row to see the full details.

The Action log is your audit trail for the AI Agent. Every Amazon Ads write the agent makes on your account — every campaign create, every bid update, every archive — is recorded here, with timestamp, seller, marketplace, tool, and status.

Where to find it

Open Action log from the Autron Agent app at agent.autron.ai/action-log. By default it shows the last 7 days of activity for your currently active seller and marketplace, so the page opens straight on the workspace you're already working in.

What's in each row

Column

What it shows

Created

When the action ran (relative time; hover to see the exact timestamp)

Seller

Which connected seller the action ran against

Marketplace

The Amazon marketplace (US, UK, DE, …)

Tool

A friendly name for the action — e.g. Create Sponsored Products Campaigns, Update Campaign Placement Bid Adjustments

Status

Whether the action succeeded, partially succeeded, failed, or is still pending

Click any row to open the detail drawer with the full input, the response from Amazon, and any per‑item results within a batch.

Status meanings

  • Success — the entire action completed and Amazon accepted every item.

  • Partial — a batch action where some items succeeded and others were rejected by Amazon. Open the row to see which items failed and why.

  • Failed — Amazon rejected the whole action. The detail drawer shows what Amazon returned.

  • Pending — the action is in flight. Refresh after a moment.

  • Rolled back — Autron reverted the action.

Filtering the log

Five filters narrow the view:

  • Date range — Today, Yesterday, This week, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or a custom range with start / end times.

  • Seller — limit to one or more connected sellers.

  • Marketplace — limit to specific marketplaces (US, UK, DE, …).

  • All tools — pick one or more tool types (e.g. only show Create Sponsored Products Campaigns).

  • All statuses — handy for scanning just the failures: filter to Failed or Partial.

Use the Columns control to hide columns you don't need, and the Reset button to clear all filters back to defaults.

What's recorded — and what isn't

The Action log records:

  • Every Amazon Ads write the agent performs — campaign creates, campaign updates, placement adjustments, target bid changes, target additions, ad additions, and archives.

The Action log does NOT record:

  • Read-only queries — when the agent looks up campaigns, ads, targets, metrics, or keywords, no row is created. These don't change anything in your account.

  • Goal changes — creating, updating, enabling, or disabling Autron goals goes through the chat preview confirmation, not the Amazon Ads API. Goal history lives in Goals.

  • Product cost updates — cost edits via the agent are logged with the cost itself, not in the Amazon Ads action log.

One row per call, not per item. If you approved a batch that updated 200 target bids, that's one row in the log. Open the row to see all 200 individual results.

Common ways to use it

Audit a recent change

"Did the agent actually pause that campaign yesterday?" Filter by yesterday's date range and look for the Update Amazon Ads Campaigns row.

Find failures fast

Set All statuses to Failed + Partial. The Action log immediately shows you anything Amazon rejected, with the reason in the detail drawer.

Spot-check across marketplaces

If you ran similar work in the US and UK, leave Seller filter open and switch the Marketplace filter to compare what happened in each region.

Inventory all changes for a window

Before reporting on a quarter or producing a change summary, set the date range to Last 30 days (or a custom range) and use the Tool filter to break out by category — campaign creates, bid updates, archives, etc.
