If you manage more than one Amazon seller account, or sell across multiple marketplaces (US, UK, DE, …), the Autron AI Agent can switch between them mid‑conversation. You don't need to log out, change browser tabs, or start a new chat.
Sellers and marketplaces
Two related concepts to keep straight:
Seller — a connected Amazon Seller account on Autron. Some users only have one; agencies and multi‑brand teams have several.
Marketplace — a regional Amazon storefront (US, UK, DE, FR, …). One seller can sell into multiple marketplaces; each one corresponds to its own Amazon Ads profile.
At any moment the agent has one active seller and one active marketplace. Every metric, every campaign list, every change you ask for runs in that context.
Check the current context
If you're not sure which seller or marketplace you're working in, just ask:
"Which seller am I on?"
"What marketplace are we in?"
"List the sellers I have access to"
Switch to a different seller or marketplace
Tell the agent which one you want to switch to:
"Switch to my UK account"
"Move to Acme Brands"
"Switch the marketplace to Germany"
"Switch to my US Acme account in the UK marketplace"
After a switch, the agent confirms the new active context. Subsequent questions and changes apply to that seller / marketplace until you switch again.
Switching syncs everywhere. When the agent switches sellers for you, your active seller is updated across the Autron Agent app and the main Autron dashboard — so the next time you open the dashboard, it's already on the seller you were just working with. No manual switch needed.
Common workflows
Quick audit across sellers
"Switch to my US account, give me a 30‑day performance summary, then switch to UK and do the same." The agent will run two metric queries against the right sellers and you can compare them in the same chat.
Marketplace compare
"Show me ACoS for last 30 days in the US marketplace." Then: "Now switch to the UK marketplace and show me the same." Useful for spotting where one region is leaking budget while another is humming.
One change, several marketplaces
If you want to apply a similar change in two marketplaces (e.g. lower bids on a campaign that exists in both), do it in two passes — switch, run the change, switch, run the change again. Each one comes with its own Approve / Deny card so nothing crosses regions by accident.
Troubleshooting
"The agent says I have no data."
Check the active seller — you may be on a workspace that's still being onboarded. Ask "which seller am I on?" and switch if needed.
"I asked for UK numbers but got US."
The marketplace may not have switched. Ask "what marketplace are we in?" and re‑state the switch explicitly: "switch to the UK marketplace."
"My second seller isn't in the list."
Only sellers connected to your Autron account are visible. If you expect to see one that isn't there, connect it from Account → Amazon Settings in the main Autron dashboard.
