Troubleshooting Authorization Issues

Learn how to resolve issues when Autron isn’t authorized to access your Amazon Advertising account.

If you see a message like “Autron is not authorized as your selling partner,” this means Autron currently doesn’t have permission to access your Amazon Advertising Console. This authorization is required to sync your data and optimize campaigns.

Why This Happens

Authorization issues usually stem from one of the following:

  • You haven’t completed the authorization process yet.

  • The token previously granted to Autron has expired or was manually revoked.

  • You approved access using the wrong Amazon login — often, a different Seller Central email.

  • The connected Seller ID in Autron doesn’t match the one on your Amazon account.

Without valid authorization, Autron cannot sync your campaigns or make optimizations on your behalf.

How to Re-Authorize Autron

To restore access:

  1. Log in to your Autron dashboard.

  2. Go to Account → Amazon Settings.

  3. Once in Amazon Settings, you can click on edit.

  4. You’ll be redirected to the page where you left off, whether it is to connect your Selling Partner or Amazon Ads

Once re-authorization is successful, syncing should resume automatically within a few minutes.
