Where to Find It

You can access your profitability data through the Insights page, under the Profitability tab. This section offers a financial snapshot of your Amazon business, breaking things down by category, parent ASIN, or individual ASIN.

What You’ll See in the Profitability Dashboard

The dashboard includes:

  • Profit (overall and broken down by Category and by ASIN)

  • Profit Margin (by Category and by ASIN)

  • Sales, Costs & Profit (Total)

  • Refund Rate

These insights go beyond sales volume—they help you understand what’s actually profitable after accounting for costs and ad spend.

Add Unit Cost for Accurate Profit Calculations

To get the most accurate profit metrics, make sure to input a Unit Cost for each product in your account. This lets Autron calculate your gross profit with more precision.

💡Tip: You can update Unit Cost from the Products page, see Managing Products in Autron: Visibility, Status, and What You Can Control. Updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on your dashboard.

Filtering Tips

For best accuracy:

  • Use filters like Category, Parent ASIN, or ASIN.

  • Profit metrics will be most accurate when Autron manages your entire advertising account, since it pulls from full campaign data.

How to Use This Data

Use the Profitability dashboard to:

  • Compare margins across categories and products

  • Spot high-ad-spend, low-margin items

  • Identify your top and bottom profit performers

  • Catch cost inefficiencies or refund trends

  • Decide where to scale or pause advertising based on real profitability
