When to Use This
Use these steps if:
You’ve already tried to re-sync Autron
It’s been more than 24 hours, and the system is still not updating or progressing
You’re stuck in the onboarding process and unsure how to continue
What You Can Do
Take a Screenshot: First, take a screenshot of where you’re currently stuck or the last screen you reached during the onboarding or syncing process.
Check How Long It’s Been: Let us know how long you’ve been waiting since you last tried to re-sync your account.
Retry the Sync from the Correct Step: Based on where you left off, you can use one of the links below to continue the onboarding:
Step 1: Start Syncing
Step 2: Confirm Permissions
Step 3: Waiting for Sync
Step 4: Final Setup
Follow the instructions carefully, and make sure to complete each step before closing the tab.
