When starting with Autron, it’s important to make sure older campaigns — especially those targeting the same ASINs — don’t interfere with Autron’s performance. This applies whether those campaigns were created manually or through another service or agency.
Autron doesn’t automatically turn off these campaigns, so this step must be completed manually in your Amazon Ads account.
Why This Matters
If other campaigns with higher bids are still running, they may outbid Autron and prevent our system from gathering enough data to optimize effectively. This reduces Autron’s ability to drive impressions and sales efficiently.
What You Need to Do
To ensure Autron works as intended:
Pause or archive older campaigns (manual, agency-run, or via third-party tools) that:
Target the same ASINs you want Autron to manage.
Have overlapping keyword or ASIN targeting.
Let Autron take full control.
Once old campaigns are turned off, Autron will start optimizing based on real-time performance data.
Can I Keep Some Legacy Campaigns?
Yes, if they don’t overlap with Autron-managed ASINs. For example, campaigns in different marketplaces or targeting different products can remain active — just ensure there’s no bidding conflict.
💡 Tips: Autron does not automatically pause or modify your old campaigns. You’ll need to handle this manually in your Amazon Advertising account.
